- Refunds are only available if the course is unused or you have completed less than 10% of the course. Once you exceed 10% course completion, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

3. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund using your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Courses with more than 10% completion: If you have completed more than 10% of a course, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Outside of the 7-day window: Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be accepted.
