2. Revenue Sharing and Fees
At EngineForged.com, we believe in empowering instructors. We charge 0% commission on all sales made through the platform. This means you keep 100% of your earnings while we cover the marketing expenses for all courses on the platform. We aim to create a community where both instructors and students thrive.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all courses purchased on EngineForged.com, provided the following conditions are met:
- The course is unused or the user has completed less than 10% of the course.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
Please note, that once a course exceeds 10% completion, or after the 7-day window has passed, no refunds will be issued. For further details, refer to our full Refund and Returns Policy.
4. Instructor Rules and Responsibilities
Instructors using EngineForged.com agree to abide by the following rules:
- No Scamming: Course content must be honest, accurate, and valuable to the students.
- No Overpricing: Courses should be fairly priced based on the content provided.
- No Adult Content: Instructors are prohibited from posting adult pornography or any rated R content. However, exceptions may be made for horror-based games, subject to approval.
- Community Engagement: Instructors are required to actively participate in the community Discord channel to support students and engage with other members of the platform.
Instructors found violating these rules may be subject to suspension and removal from the platform.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes between instructors and clients should first be addressed by the instructor. If a client requests intervention from EngineForged.com, our administrators will evaluate the situation and take appropriate actions to resolve the issue.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal actions or proceedings relating to your use of the platform shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Florida.
7. Changes to the Terms
